Ehsaas Apna Ghar Loan Scheme
The KP government has officially launched the Ehsaas Apna Ghar Scheme 2025, which is providing affordable houses to low-income families within the province. The scheme is a part of the general Ehsaas program and aims to help the underprivileged by enabling them to get a safe and secure home. Citizens of PP are requested to apply before May 8, 2025 to take advantage of this limited offer.
- Affordable Housing: Access to homes at low prices or concessional rates
- Financial Assistance: Government assistance for construction or purchase of a house
- Transparent Process: All applications go through a merit-based verification system.
- Focus on the poor: Preference for widows, orphans, laborers and disabled
- KPK launch only: Available only to residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (at this stage)
Eligibility Criteria
- Be residents of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK)
- Not already own a house or property
- Hold a valid NID
- Be a member of a low-income household (with income limit through the scheme)
- Not have benefited from government housing under past schemes.
How to apply?
- Government portal or local office
- Application forms can be obtained from authorized government offices or online (see government websites).
- Fill the form
- Provide your name, NID number, address, income information, and number of family members.
- Attach required documents
- Copy of ID card
- Proof of income or ISP card
- Disability/widow certificate (if applicable)
- Submit before the last date
- Applications should be submitted before May 8, 2025.
- Late Applications will not be accepted from.
