- Application to apply for this program Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab
- A farmer applying for this program must have a Kisan card otherwise registration will not be complete – The applicant must own agricultural land in the same district where the application is being submitted.
- As proof of ownership, the applicant must have an identity card and individual ownership land documents
- The applicant should own an electric tubewell with a power requirement of up to 15 KW
- Tube well electricity bill paid last time to apply Tube wells will be installed in 2024 with water table depth up to 60 feet.
- Tube wells must have a three-phase electrical connection
