Why Will Payments Not Be Released In These Districts In The First Phase?
And now we are discussing why these districts have finally been left out of the first phase of BISP or why payments are not to be given in these districts during the first phase. I would like to tell you in this context that these are the districts in which BISP previously used to issue payments via HBL Bank. But because of some sort of technical issue in the system of the HBL Bank, payments were not possible. Following which the bank has asked BISP to exclude these districts from the first phase and add them to the second phase.
And because of the same request of the bank, BISP has deleted these 18 districts from the first phase, and payments will be done in these districts in the second phase. And when will the second phase begin? you will find full information about this below in this article.
When Will The Second Phase Of BISP New Payments Start?
As I informed you,there were some districts in the first phase, but BISP has eliminated these districts from the first phase and included them in the second phase now. And now the payments will be made available in all such districts in the second phase, so surely you will be wondering now when this second phase will get started at all.
So let me inform you that I have already told you about this in an article, and now let me inform you again for your guidance that the second installment of payments by BISP is going to begin from the first week of May.
