Why Will Payments Not Be Released In These Districts In The First Phase?

I would like to tell you in this context that these are the districts in which BISP previously used to issue payments via HBL Bank. But because of some sort of technical issue in the system of the HBL Bank, payments were not possible. Following which the bank has asked BISP to exclude these districts from the first phase and add them to the second phase.

When Will The Second Phase Of BISP New Payments Start?
As I informed you,there were some districts in the first phase, but BISP has eliminated these districts from the first phase and included them in the second phase now.
